Work Order Summary
After creating a work order, view and manage it through the Work Order Summary page. It allows you to perform various actions, such as canceling the work order, adding or updating its assets, and more. You can view details at a glance, such as potential duplicates, history, related calls, and site information.
Go to Service > All Work Orders and select a work order.
Select action
Manage the work order using the Select Action menu below the work order number.
Tabs
The following tabs allow you to view work order details. The presence of some of the tabs might depend on the work order's current status.

Summary: Have an overview of the work order and assign or remove technicians.

Potential duplicates: Identify possible duplicate work orders.

Notices: See additional details, such as assignment and acceptance observations.

Contract: Check the associated contract.

Related calls and notifications: Review related calls and notifications.

Links: Manage all linked events and work orders.

Site information: View site details related to the work order.

Budget: Track and manage financial allocations.

Docs: Upload, download or remove associated documents.

FC alarms: See flagged condition alarms for the work order.

Activities: Add, move, or remove activities related to the work order.

Parts: View parts used in the work order.
